From Banking to Coaching
For 22 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in the banking world, finishing as a Managing Director in New York City. I’ve sat where you sit now, faced the same challenges, and learned how to overcome them.
But here’s the thing: despite my success on paper, I realised something was missing. In 2015, I found myself in a rut, pouring all my energy into work with little left for anything else.
Sound familiar?
That’s when I discovered the power of coaching. It changed my life, helping me clarify my priorities and understand my true values. This experience sparked a new passion: helping other women achieve the same clarity and success.
In 2017, I became a Certified Coach, and The Career Activist was born.
My mission? To get more women into senior management roles in the corporate world.
Why? Because I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges women face in our industry. From navigating complex corporate structures, overcoming gender inequality, and balancing personal ambitions with professional growth.
And I knew I could help.
